XE-ZZ-300Z CNC traverse cutting line of center piece silicon steel produced by Ruyi Transformer Equipments Manufacturer Co., Ltd. is the special equipment of processing transformer iron core, and can process transformer iron core equilateral step-lap core column, eccentric step-lap core column, and the eccentric angle can be adjusted.

1、Double head hydraulic uncoiler machine

1) Coil inside diameter range:495mm～510mm

2) Coil outside diameter max:1200mm

3) Uncoiler head expanding range:470～520mm

4) Coil Max width:300mm

5) Single head Max load:1.5t

Functional description: uncoil speed: adopt synchronization Continuously variable, synchro control with the feeder.

The speed of the uncoiler head is controlled by the feed device, feeding smoothly, no big shock.

2、Slope guide device without pit

Functional description: No pit slope buffer guide is used, consists of slope plate and detection switch.

Detection switch is installed on the Guide plate ,the change of position of the silicon steel stripe set off the detection switch release the signal to control the head feeding. can achieve the superior limit protection, The lower limit stop, normal, speed up, decelerate control.

3、Feeder machine

Roller type structure

1) This equipment consists of sizing roller, servo motor, synchronous pulley reduction gear, base frame, etc.

2) Sizing pinch roll: two pieces; the bottom roll is made of Gcr15 alloy steel which has been treated with hardening and tempering, quenching, grinding and polishing; the outer round of top roll is covered with polyurethane.

3) Control: Delta servo driver

4) Drive power: Delta servo motor together with relevant Delta drive controller

5) The lifting of top roll can be done manually.

4、Punching & cutting machine

Composition: two set of V-shape punching machine, one set of hole-punch machine

1) O-shape punching machine makes the O-shape notch by servo motor which direct drives the crank to drive the top die to move from the top to the bottom.

Punching specification φ mm( random fit one set, optional range φ10-φ24 ) Manual width modulation.

2) V-shape punching machine makes the V-shape notch by servo motor which use reduction motor to drive the crank to drive the top die to move from the top to the bottom.

V-shape punching machine has automatic width adjust motor, Step function can be realized.

5、Conveyor machine

Functional description：Conveyor is a transitional facility which is by one AC1.5 KW motor drives the conveyor belt to convey the iron core sheet to the collecting device after punching and cutting.

1、We provide 1-2 installation personnel to the designated location installation and debugging. (The buyer should provide the invitation letter, visa，round-trip airfare, pay for the accommodation and meal during the period of working days. The accommodation should reach three-star standard or above,in order to ensure the safety of debugging personnel. And pay $80 per person per day as a worker’s salary.)

2、During installation and debugging, we provide free training once,The buyer should arrange the staff to cooperate actively. The training time within three days.

3、The warranty period of the machine is one year after the installation and debugging completed. during this period, we are free to repair the failure of normal use. But the buyer should provide the expenses including : visa，round-trip airfare, eating and staying during the maintenance.
